PACT Act Compliance Notice
OnlineVapeShop is operated by Black Coral LLC and complies with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act.
The PACT Act expands the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapor products, e-liquids, and related accessories.
As required by law:
• We collect applicable state and local excise taxes at checkout
• All shipments require Adult Signature (21+)
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon delivery
• Required state and federal reporting and registration obligations are maintained
Adult Signature Requirement
All orders containing vapor products require an adult (21+) signature at the time of delivery.
An Adult Signature service fee of $7 will be applied at checkout.
We are legally required to ship orders with adult signature and cannot waive this requirement.
Shipping Limitations
Due to federal law and carrier policies, certain shipping methods may not be available for vapor products.
• P.O. Boxes are not eligible for delivery
• Military addresses (APO/FPO) may not be eligible
• Certain states or regions may be restricted
Shipping options and availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Missed Delivery
If no eligible adult is available to sign for delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery in accordance with its policies.
Packages returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to deducted shipping fees.
Taxes
State and local excise taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

• Sales Tax
• Excise Tax
will appear separately before order confirmation.
