30-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To request an exchange, you must contact us at support@onlinevapeshop.us within 30 days of the tracking confirmation date. Our team will provide return instructions.

All returned items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Items will not be eligible for exchange until received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Tested or tampered items

  • Items not purchased directly from www.onlinevapeshop.us

  • Final sale or personalized products

Due to the nature of vaping products, all sales are considered final once opened.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Orders under $79.99 will be subject to standard shipping charges for replacement shipments.

Manufacturer Issues

If you experience a product defect after use, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. We do not process manufacturer warranties on behalf of customers.
