PACT Act Compliance

OnlineVapeShop complies with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the PACT Act.

As required by law:

• Adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries
• Valid government-issued ID must be presented upon delivery
• Applicable state and local excise taxes are collected at checkout

An adult signature service fee of $7 will be applied at checkout.

Shipping options and availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only.

Due to regulatory, compliance, and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship vaping products to the following states and jurisdictions:

Orders placed with shipping addresses in the locations listed above will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping availability is subject to change at any time based on regulatory and carrier requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Estimated transit time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected item(s)

All claims are subject to review.

Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return to Sender

Packages returned due to undeliverable or incorrect addresses may be subject to deducted shipping fees.

Clearance, sale, and disposable products are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
