It's been 15 days and my order still hasn't arrived it's been stuck in one place for 7 days

It's been 15 days and my order still hasn't arrived it's been stuck in one place for 7 days . I've emailed back-and-forth with customer service. There has been no solution to my problem and I have not gotten my package. I think anything over 10 days is an unreasonable amount of time for a shipment
